  1. Take 1 cup of besan sev and crush in mixie jar..
  2. Now take it in a bowl and add coriander,garam masala,sugar,red chilli Powder,fennel seeds, and mix well..
  3. Now make cut on chillies and fill stuffing in chillies..
  4. Take kadai and put little oil to it.now add Jeera, asafoetida to it.then add stuffed chillies to it..now sprinkle little salt..
  5. Then cook for sometime and take out to serving bowl.now serve it with paratha,khichdi or with anything we liked..
